I started a story tonight but scrapped it. Not really in the mood anymore and it's already past 10! I keep thinking tomorrow's Friday and it's so disappointing. I'm not sure how to obtain more free time without moving/quitting, which I can't/won't do right now. Aye-ayes, and the anti-simians will lose their grasp one day.
Another song, another demo. But finally things are back in possession, for the most part. There are so many possible futures, if people just extended their hands and asked for your company. Said those three little words. How does one stop looking for love?

So I know I've been twittering (tweeting?) about it all morning, but my thumb will not stop bleeding! It's been over 2 hours and it's still going at it. I'm confused and intrigued.
Annnnnnd looks like Phil Laak and Jennifer Tilly are already out on the World Series of Poker. I really want to watch...foo.

This weekend I went to Cajun Festival in Simi Valley, drove up to Solvang to see my friend Amanda from school, went to Salzer's in Ventura, went a nice BBBQ with the lady friends, tried to drink a bottle of cold draft Sake in the shower and only managed to take three sips. At least it smelled like rubbing alcohol, which brings up (not so) old memories.
I want to write something about bisexuals (and some homosexuals), the kinds who are that way because they choose to reject society's expectations. This is essentially the same as someone saying they're going to rape their sibling because society tells us incest is wrong.
Society "says" these things are wrong because it is in our biology, folks. MOST of our biology. However, homosexuality (if both parties consent) is legal (all things consensual if both parties are of a certain age should be I think) whereas incest tends not to be (unless you get those siblings split at birth and then meet as adults and fall in love).
Some people's genes determining sexuality have interacted differently with their environments than others. Nothing is genes OR environment - - a lot has to do with the environment of the womb, of genes with other genes, et cetera.
I don't find myself wanting to mate with other females. It's not something I have to think about; it's just there. So imagine these counter-culture people who say they're bi but are only with people of the opposite sex because that's what *gasp* they're attracted to. You're straight, dammit. So sorry you think being bi is something oh so chic that you want to be a part of it. Or somehow escape the giant machine of oppression by labeling yourself something you're not. I see it as an insult to people who don't choose to be bi or homosexual. So please, just come out of the closet and admit to yourself you're straight. It ain't so hard when it's the majority and will always be the majority in our species. I promise.
